By using BrandConnect, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. BrandConnect is a technical service provided by Choice Network. If you do not agree, please stop using the service immediately.
As a user, you agree to comply with the terms of our technology partners:
Choice Network operates under a **"Utility First"** model. You retain 100% ownership of your accounts, content, and revenue. We act as your technical agent. You can revoke our access at any time through our dashboard or via Google/Meta Security Settings.
When you use our Model Agency services, a standard 15% commission applies to all deals closed through our platform. All payments must stay within our secure system to ensure guaranteed protection for both models and brands.
Off-platform payment attempts may result in immediate account suspension.
